Treatment for Waste water and Waste Emulsion
We supply advanced technologies and eco-friendly products for treatment of various kinds of waste water and waste emulsion. We can offer optimized products and treatment method for water soluble oil or heavy metal contained waste water. Our technology and products make it possible to remove 99% of oil from the wastewater such as oil in water and water in oil using polymer chemicals. Additive for Bio-Plastic
Today we have a huge problem with plastic wastes all over the world. Different kinds of plastic can degrade at different times, but the average time for a plastic bottle to completely degrade is at least 450 years.

We, at KhaiEL, are diligently looking for a solution for this problem and we are currently cooperating with renowned international companies as AddiFlex and ENA.

Products

1. AddiFlex
There are different technologies of degradation. The oxo – biodegradable technology renders the polyolefin to biodegradation, the metabolization of the residual polymer fractions via an initial step of a combination of light, heat, stress and air.

What is Addiflex®? It is the Solution for Polyolefin Biodegradability.
Addiflex® is an eco-intelligent system of additives. The effects of adding Addiflex® to your plastics are:

What happens when you add Addiflex® to your plastics (=polyolefins)?

  1. Microbes digest the biodegradable components and provide greater surface
  2. Temperature and oxygen will initiate the molecular breakdown of the polymer chains of the polyolefins:

Grades
There is different grades of ourAddiflex® – which to choose depends on the product and the material.

A-grade

  • This is the only grade world wide where there is proof that an oxo-system can be composted and is totally degradable.
  • The addition level on this grade is high.
  • Applications like waste disposal bags, coffin liner and duster cloth.

The HES grade

  • This is presently our standard grade for all purposes.
  • Addition rate on this grade is low – 1%.
  • Applications like carrier bags, fruit and vegetable bags, produce bag film, mulch film,shrink film, trays and cups that are PP-based.

The HEV grade

  • This is our next grade that will be introduced during 2010. It has enhanced processability and degradability.
  • Addition rate on this grade is low – 1%

The BOPP grade

  • Special grade for BOPP process (Biaxial-Oriented-Poly Propylene).
  • Higher process temperature
  • Addition rate on this grade is low – 1%

2. ENA
It is now widely recognized that the excellent attributes of plastic materials and products, such as durability, flexibility, longevity etc, that are desirable when in use, are becoming a rapidly increasing problem to people and the environment when discarded. Due to this ever increasing threat there are attempts by a number of companies to rectify the situation. However these attempts are not working very well and are not addressing the basic scientific problems of why conventional plastics do not biodegrade in landfills and natural bodies of water. Plastics will persist almost unchanged for hundreds, perhaps thousands of years both in nature and landfills.

How ENA works?

PLASTIC & MICRO-ORGANISMS The fact is that micro-organisms do not like plastic. It is completely unattractive and uninteresting to them. They see no nutritional value in plastic and pass it buy.

ENA additive is designed to correct that situation so that all conventional plastics will appear to a wide range of wild bacteria and various micro-organisms to be an appetizing and attractive nutritional source. They will then migrate in massive numbers to the plastic and do what they do naturally and excrete digestive enzymes and acids that then break down the plastic into humus, biogas and water that can be easily absorbed by the surrounding environment

WHAT DOES ENA CONTAIN?

ENA contains a wide range of nutritional ingredients whose sole purpose is to attract micro-organisms in vast numbers to the discarded plastic items. These bacteria then excrete digestive enzymes and acids that decompose the polymer. All ingredients are completely harmless to humans and the environment. Each and every item can be found on the FDA GRAS list and also the European Union list (document 10/2011) of acceptable ingredients that may be added to polymers during plastic production. The consequence of this is that a certificate of conformity for food safety and for food contact safety can be issued by the manufacturer of ENA to all plastics producers worldwide.

Main mechanism

  1. ENA additive attracts vast numbers of microbes
  2. The microbes excrete enzymes and acids
  3. These enzymes & acids decompose the polymer
  4. Depending plastic thickness and local conditions the plastic will biodegrade 1 to 60 months
  5. Remnants are humus, biogas & water
